Launch Event Speakers
Gordon Wishart, Leading UK Breast Surgeon
Professor Gordon Wishart is distinguished for his pioneering work in the screening and
treatment of breast cancer. He is involved in a wide range of breast cancer research
studies and his research has been published widely in high-ranking clinical journals.
Professor Gordon Wishart set up BreastHealth UK to provide access to breast screening
for all women using cutting edge technology, including Digital Infrared BreastScan.
Diana Binks, Motorsports TV Presenter
Born in Scotland, Diana is well known for presenting regular late-night coverage of
NASCAR and Indy Car racing on Five, and Motorsport UK for the ITV network, she has
also worked for Sky Sports and the BBC. Diana has had first-hand experience of what
it’s like to have a breast cancer scare – she had a lumpectomy at the age of 32. She will
be able to talk about her experience and she has also trialled the BreastHealth UK service
including the state-of-the art Digital Infrared BreastScan.
